Harpreet Oberoi is a highly accomplished registered Advocate and Corporate Attorney, bringing over eighteen years of comprehensive experience in the legal field. Her professional journey has been marked by a consistent record of success in advising and representing prominent multinational corporations operating within India. Her distinguished clientele includes industry giants such as GlaxoSmithKline, Cisco, Sandvik AB, Daewoo Corporation, and WNS. In her capacity as a legal expert, she has provided invaluable advisory services encompassing a broad spectrum of corporate legal matters within the Indian legal framework. Before dedicating herself fully to her legal career, Ms Oberoi held the position of lecturer of Economics at the esteemed University of Delhi for a significant period of seven years. This academic experience not only honed her analytical and communication skills but also provided her with a deep understanding of economic principles that often intersect with corporate law. Furthermore, her early professional engagements involved working under the guidance of several eminent Indian Economists within various departments of the Government of India. Dinesh Jotwani, Founder and Partners
Dinesh Jotwani is a highly experienced lawyer with nearly 30 years of expertise in litigation, corporate advisory, intellectual property rights, and regulatory matters. He has represented Fortune 100 companies, multinational corporations, Indian businesses, startups, and individuals across diverse legal matters including Civil, Criminal, Corporate, and IPR litigation. He is the Co-Managing Partner at Jotwani Associates, a multi-specialist law firm offering services in Litigation, Corporate Law, Taxation, Intellectual Property, Real Estate, Immigration, and other legal areas. His strategic legal approach and practical understanding of business challenges have enabled clients to effectively safeguard their commercial and legal interests. Apart from his legal practice, Mr. Jotwani is also an inventor, author, educator, and philanthropist. He holds two U.S. patents related to e-discovery processes and has authored a book on Competition Law and Intellectual Property Rights. Dinkar Sharma, Company Secretary
Dinkar Sharma is a seasoned corporate law professional and a Partner of the firm, bringing over three decades of distinguished experience in corporate governance, legal compliance, finance, and secretarial practice. Academically accomplished, he holds dual Master’s degrees — an MBA in Finance and an LL.M — along with a Commerce degree from University of Delhi. Mr. Syed Adil Muneer Andrabi, Advocate-on-Record
He is an Advocate on Record in the Supreme Court of India, a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, having a Master's in Commerce and a Master's in Business Administration (Finance) is among the distinguished lawyers from the UT of Jammu & Kashmir. He has taken his education from J and K Sainik School Manasbal, which is one among the renowned schools of the country. He completed his B.Sc. from Amar Singh College, Srinagar and Graduated in LAW from University of Kashmir in the year 2011. To pursue further studies, he shifted to Delhi where he joined the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and completed the prestigious Professional Course of Company Secretaries in 2013 and did his specialization in Corporate and Advanced Taxation laws. Mr. Andrabi has got the privilege to be the 7 qualified Company Secretary from the Kashmir valley. In the year 2018, Mr. Andrabi cracked another prestigious Examination of Advocate on Records, conducted by the Supreme Court of India. He is again having the privilege to be the first Advocate from Kashmir to qualify this Prestigious exam. He is currently the Founder and Managing Partner of SAM ANDRABI LAW CHAMBERS, a Law Firm based in Delhi. Mr. Andrabi has been the lead counsel in as ladmark Judgment passed on 07.03.2024 by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in Javid Ahmad Hajam Vs State of Maharashtra SLP (Crl) 11122 of 2023, where in the Hon’ble Supreme Court touched different facets of Right to Freedom under 21 of Indian Constitution. If we look at the Social Activism of Mr. Andrabi, he has been very much active since his school days. He is the Chairman of People’s Union For Legal Rights, an NGO providing free legal aid to the poor and downtrodden, victims of rape, acid attacks, and domestic violence for the last 8 years. An accomplished Advocate with over 16 years of post- qualification experience in high-stakes litigation, regulatory advisory, and dispute resolution across multiple judicial and quasi-judicial forums in India. Enrolled with the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir in 2011, I presently practice before the Supreme Court of India High Courts, Subordinate Courts, Tribunals, Commissions, and Statutory Authorities.
